We believe the pricing we provide should include everything, including site work, engineering, permitting, and all required inspections. Lump Sum Pricing is a “worry-free approach” that keeps our clients from going through the entire construction process worrying about overages.

We will take any of our plans and adjust them to your specifications at no cost.  The fact that we offer free architectural changes can really save you money! If you want to adjust an elevation on a plan, no problem. Using a staircase from one model and placing it into the model of your choice, again no problem!  We will work together to create your dream home. Letting us help you design your home not only saves you thousands of dollars in architectural fees that other builders charge, but it allows us to guide you through the process, reviewing cost-saving measures each step of the way.
