Narrow Lot Floor Plans

Our narrow lot homes are designed for lots that are just that, long and narrow. More concentrated closer in the Arlington and Alexandria area, these homes will accommodate those lots that a typical wider front home will not fit on. We can adjust the width and depth of these homes to be wider or deeper, depending on your particular lot. We also offer matching detached garage plans for homes on lots that can accommodate it.

Traditional Floor Plans

Our Traditional floor plans range from 2,600 - 5,000 square feet. Choose from a number of different elevations, interior options and styles. These homes are the most typical in size and style for Northern Virginia and Maryland, and we can adjust the front elevations to fit into any neighborhood style.

With Reel Homes floor plans, plan adjustments and modifications are always included with the price of the home!

Estate Floor Plans

Our Estate Series floor plans range in size from 5,000 - 10,000 sq. feet. Larger than most of the traditional plans, the correct lot must be found to accommodate them. The options and features of these homes are endless and can be altered to fit your needs.

Our Estate Series floor plans come standard with Reel Homes upgraded features package which includes GE Monogram appliances, three sided standard brick, 10' first floor ceiling, upgraded trim package, and more.

Custom Design/Builds

Even though all are homes are "custom," there are cases when someone knows what they want and none of our plans will suffice. There are also cases when a building lot is odd-shaped and a home must be designed to fit. And some clients come to us with a sketch of their dream home on paper and want to see their dream turn into reality!

With the assistance of our architect, we'll custom design a home that fits your specific needs. Going this route can sometimes take a bit longer since we are starting from scratch, but this approach can also be the most rewarding.
