We can adjust the width and depth of these homes to be wider or deeper, depending on your particular lot. Our Traditional floor plans range from 2,600 - 5,000 square feet. Choose from a number of different elevations, interior options and styles. These homes are the most typical in size and style for the Northern Virginia area, and we can adjust the front elevations to fit into any neighborhood style. |

Our Estate Series floor plans range in size from 5,000 - 10,000 square feet. These homes are obviously quite larger than most of the traditional plans, so the correct lot must be found to accommodate them. The options and features of these homes are endless and can be altered to fit your needs.
