Chris Wirth and Eric Binkowski founded Reel Homes, the top home builders in Virginia, eager to apply their knowledge of custom home building and appreciation for the importance of outstanding customer service.

Chris Wirth

Chris Wirth has been building homes in Northern Virginia for over ten years. Chris earned a Bachelor Degree in Business from Mary Washington College. After attending college, he moved back to his hometown on Long Island where he began his career as a carpenter. Chris has always enjoyed working with his hands. Beginning at a young age, he loved working on creative projects, from building book shelves in the family room to a tree house in the backyard. His passion for building led to an appreciation for eminent architecture.

After working as a property surveyor in New York City, Chris moved to Northern Virginia where he worked as a Project Manager for two Fortune 500 builders. Through these positions, he gained a strong understanding of the building process. Chris Wirth and Eric Binkowski founded Reel Homes in 2004.

Eric Binkowski

Eric has a Bachelor degree from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania. Eric worked as a Project Manager for a Fortune 500 builder for five years. He also worked in construction supervision for over five years, gaining experience in accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing, and invoicing. Eric works effectively with architects, engineers, developers, bankers, contractors, inspectors, city officials, decorators, agents, and home buyers.

His experience in full on-site construction management and land development along with his effectiveness at scheduling, monitoring, and inspecting all work from start to client orientation, make him a valuable asset to meeting your construction needs.
