Chris Wirth and Eric Binkowski founded Reel Homes, eager to apply their knowledge of custom home building and appreciation for the importance of outstanding customer service.
Chris Wirth
Chris Wirth has been building homes in Northern Virginia for nine years. Chris earned a Bachelors Degree in Business from Mary Washington College. After attending college, he moved back to his hometown on Long Island, where he began his career as a carpenter. Chris has always enjoyed working with his hands. Beginning at a young age, he loved working on creative projects, from building book shelves in the family room to a tree house in the backyard. His passion for building led to an appreciation for eminent architecture. After working as a property surveyor in New York City, Chris moved to Northern Virginia, where he worked for NV Homes for six years as a Project Manager. There he gained a strong understanding of the building process. He later worked as a Project Manager for Winchester Homes. Chris Wirth and Eric Binkowsi founded Reel Homes in 2004. Eric Binkowski
Eric has a Bachelors degree from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania. Eric worked for NV Homes for five years as a Project Manager. He also worked in construction supervision for over five years, gaining experience in accurate takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing, and invoicing. Eric works effectively with architects, engineers, developers, bankers, contractors, inspectors, city officials, decorators, agents, and home buyers. His experience in full on-site construction management and land development along with his effectiveness at scheduling, monitoring, and inspecting all work from start to customer orientation, make him a viable asset to Reel Homes and our customers' construction needs.    |
